When President Kennedy asked us to “drum up a little ditty” for his inaugural address, he balked at our whole “Ask not what your country can do” thing. Still, he ran with it, and it turned out great. (Okay, that wasn’t us; we haven’t written speeches for any heads of state. But we could. One day.)
What HAVE we done? We’ve penned and/or refined some light stump speeches for local political candidates, we wrote a humdinger of a speech for a Coast Guard Academy commencement ceremony, we’ve authored speeches for dozens of military ceremonies, as well as speaker’s remarks for the dedication of the Massachusetts 9/11 Memorial.
JFK set the bar pretty high for public eloquence, but let us know if you want us to run something up the flagpole for you.
